【キャンセルポリシー】

参加登録後にイベントに来られなくなった場合は、お手数ですがメールでお知らせ下さい。イベントの終了時間（AM3:00）よりも前にキャンセルのE-mailを確認させて頂いた場合は、キャンセル料は発生しません。参加登録後、メール連絡をせずに来られなかった場合は、200円のキャンセル料が発生します。受付担当者などは、イベントの来場者数によって調整していますので、ご理解とご協力をお願い致します。

《Cancellation Policy》

If you register to join an event, then can’t come to the event, you must send a message to cancel. If you do that before the end of the event (3am) there will be no cancellation fee. If you register then don’t come there will be a 200 yen cancellation fee. The number of workers hired, etc. are based on the number of people coming to events.

*If you are registering an email address from a phone company, add your phone number or other contact details. Some carriers may block auto reply messages from PC websites. Also some email address get blocked if you are using an ESIM in an international phone. If you use Japanese WiFi you should be able to register. If you don't get an automated message please contact me on 090-2812-8177.
