    ・当日のキャンセル料 100％

    イベントに参加登録をした後、参加できなくなった場合は、必ずキャンセルの連絡をしてください。

    2日前の23:59までにご連絡いただければ、キャンセル料は発生しません。
    それ以降のキャンセル、または連絡なしでの不参加は参加費の100％をお支払いいただきます。

    キャンセル料は、会場、冷暖房、使い捨てのコップ、ボウル、皿、カトラリー、紙ナプキン、ティッシュ、掃除用品、ごみ袋、トイレットペーパー、参加者用の筆記具や用紙など、参加予定人数に合わせて用意する物品の費用をカバーするためのものです。

    今回のプレパーティーには、メインパーティーのようにスタッフや賞品の用意はありません。すべて一人で企画と運営をしていますので、ご理解とご協力をよろしくお願いいたします。

    18:30～ 参加登録後にイベントに来られなくなった場合は、お手数ですがメールでお知らせ下さい。イベントの終了時間（AM3:00）よりも前にキャンセルのE-mailを確認させて頂いた場合は、キャンセル料は発生しません。参加登録後、メール連絡をせずに来られなかった場合は、200円のキャンセル料が発生します。受付担当者などは、イベントの来場者数によって調整していますので、ご理解とご協力をお願い致します。

    《Cancellation Policy》

    For events starting at 2pm
    ・2 days in advance, 0% cancellation fee
    ・The day before, 100% cancellation fee
    ・On the day, 100% cancellation fee

    If you register for the event but later find out you can't attend, please be sure to send a cancellation message.

    If you contact Party Sapporo by 11:59 PM 2 days in advanced, there will be no cancellation fee. Any cancellations made after that or no-shows without notice, will be charged 100% of the participation fee.

    The cancellation fee helps cover costs such as the venue, heating, cooling, disposable cups, bowls, plates, utensils, serviettes, tissues, cleaning supplies, garbage bags, toilet paper, pens & paper for guests, etc., which are bought based on the expected number of attendees.

    This BYO party has no extra staff or prizes like at the main party. It is organized and managed by one person, so I truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

    For events starting at 6:30pm
    If you register to join an event, then can’t come to the event, you must send a message to cancel. If you do that before the end of the event (3am) there will be no cancellation fee. If you register then don’t come there will be a 200 yen cancellation fee. The number of workers hired, etc. are based on the number of people coming to events.

    *If you are registering an email address from a phone company, add your phone number or other contact details. Some carriers may block auto reply messages from PC websites. Also some email address get blocked if you are using an ESIM in an international phone. If you use Japanese WiFi you should be able to register.     2022/10/28th 5:52pm: As 100 people have registered for the party we have to close the party registration and telephone everyone. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or you would like to check if extra spots are available. As the event is today, after 2pm today we will have to talk to people on the phone as we won’t have enough time to type replies. Please include your phone number on the message form below.
