イベントに参加登録をした後、参加できなくなった場合は、必ずキャンセルの連絡をしてください。
6月26日（木）23:59までにご連絡いただければ、キャンセル料は発生しません。
それ以降のキャンセル、または連絡なしでの不参加は参加費の100％をお支払いいただきます。
キャンセル料は、会場、冷暖房、使い捨てのコップ、ボウル、皿、カトラリー、紙ナプキン、ティッシュ、掃除用品、ごみ袋、トイレットペーパー、参加者用の筆記具や用紙など、参加予定人数に合わせて用意する物品の費用をカバーするためのものです。
今回のプレパーティーには、メインパーティーのようにスタッフや賞品の用意はありません。すべて一人で企画と運営をしていますので、ご理解とご協力をよろしくお願いいたします。

CANCELLATION FEE
By June 26 (Thu.) – 0% cancellation fee

From June 27 (Fri.) – 100% cancellation fee
On the day (Sat., June 28) – 100% cancellation fee
If you register for the event but later find out you can’t attend, please be sure to send a cancellation message.
If you contact Party Sapporo by 11:59 PM on Thursday, June 26, there will be no cancellation fee. Any cancellations made after that or no-shows without notice, will be charged 100% of the participation fee.
The cancellation fee helps cover costs such as the venue, heating, cooling, disposable cups, bowls, plates, utensils, serviettes, tissues, cleaning supplies, garbage bags, toilet paper, pens & paper for guests, etc., which are bought based on the expected number of attendees.
This pre-party has no extra staff or prizes like at the main party. It is organized and managed by one person, so I truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
* IDs may be checked to stop underage drinking.
*No smoking or vaping is allowed during the preparty. If you need to smoke, please use the smoking room at FamilyMart before or after the event.
