Join us on Saturday, September 14th from 6:30pm for a party where you’ll have the opportunity to meet and mingle with new people. It’s an excellent chance to make new friends and create lasting connections.

Talk with locals and people from overseas while playing a fun matching game in a casual party atmosphere.

✨WHAT’S A MEET ME MIXER PARTY?!✨

Lots has changed since the initial party plan but anyone can come to this mixer style party now.

Originally, I was getting asked to find dates from lots of people that came to the international parties so I decided to make a dating app to help. It was a lot of work but helped lots of people. The only problem was people said even though they were chatting online and it was fun, it wasn’t the same as meeting people face-to-face so I decided to start some mixer style parties as well, but with a small twist. I noticed dating parties were always expensive so I wanted to lower the prices and try to offer something new. But didn’t want to be stuck having to find matches for everyone. So I though if guests could bring a date it would be fun and if things didn’t work out for people there would be a room full of people looking for partners, so the chances of meeting someone would be higher. Also as it’s a private party, if someone was bad or annoyed lots of people, it would be easy to deal with them and offer a nice but safe event for everyone.

✨WHAT WEBSITE?!✨

The Meet Me Hokkaido website was mainly a site with tourism info (cafes, restaurants, etc.) but I added a free friend making app to it. The main difference from this and other similar sites is it can be used for making business connections, friends, looking for work or dating.

✨THE FIRST MIXER!✨

This is our first singles style party in Susukino so we couldn’t be more excited!

SO in the spirit of the ✨party ✨ you are encouraged to invite a random Tinder, Bumble, Meet Me Hokkaido or other dating site match to meet you at the party, and there is a discounted ticket option available if you do so! 😉

We have a large space in Susukino, DTSPK. Here is the address: 5F Art Building, South 6 West 6, Chuo-ku, Sapporo. About a 5 minute walk from the Susukino subway station.

There will be discount drink tickets offered until about 9:30pm for MMM Singles only!

Some food/snacks will also be available for purchase but you can bring your own if you like.

Rideshare is encouraged but there are coin parking lots located around the club premises.

(Those that attend before 8:50pm are welcome to stay until about 3am, without having to pay another entry fee.)

• Around 9:30pm to 10:00pm: The organizer finishes paperwork and reception ends. When this happens and the organizer finishes the paperwork for the event there will be a change over with the club owner. New guests must pay the regular club prices from this time. The entrance fee is different from about 9:30pm.
• The club closes around 3am.

✨TICKETING INFO✨

In the spirit of how the Meet Me Mixer Party started, we encourage you to invite a person off a dating app to meet you at the party. (Ideally someone you’ve never met… 😉) You can purchase a “Bring a +1” ticket which will admit 2 people- you and a dating app match! OR you can purchase a “General Admission” ticket, which admits 1 person. The discount tickets only guarantee entry until 9 pm.

If you don’t buy a ticket in advance, you can purchase a ticket at the door for the set price listed below. Each ticket will only admit 1 person and will happen on a first come, first serve basis depending on the party’s capacity.

✨CANCELLATION POLICY✨

• No cancellation fee, if a message is sent to us before the event ends.
• 50% if no cancellation message is sent.

When you register to join an event but then can’t come to the event, you must send a message to cancel. If you do that before the end of the event will be no cancellation fee. If you register then don’t come there will be a 50% cancellation fee. The number of workers, etc. are based on the number of people coming to events.

✨OTHER DETAILS✨

• No smoking/vaping from 6:30pm to 9:30pm. If you need to smoke, please smoke outside during this time. From 9 to 9:30pm the club is open to regular customers as well.
• Facebook registration does not guarantee a discount. Please fill out the form here for the discount.
• Guests may need to show their ID card/passports mainly to stop underage drinking.

✨AFTER PARTY✨

The club will be all ours all night, but the club will be open to the public from 9pm. There will be an after party but the location is being decided.

✨FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS✨

What if I get there after 9 pm?

Your ticket only guarantees entry until 9 pm. After that, you will be allowed in on a first come first serve basis depending on the venue’s capacity. So please make sure you get there before 9!

Are there games/activities?

Yes! I will lead you in a few fun icebreakers and games, but it’s all optional.

Do I have to be single to come?

It’s good if you are but anyone can come to the party. 🙂

What do I wear?!

Anything that you would wear to a normal bar on a Saturday night. Basically anything that makes you feel confident and sexy! 😉

Can I buy a ticket at the door?

Yes, unless the event is sold out. But door tickets will be more expensive. Registering in advance is highly encouraged!

Do I have to bring a +1 from a dating app?

No! You can buy a General Admission Ticket which admits 1 person if you’d like to. A lot of people come solo to events as they want to meet new people 🙂
