Join us on Saturday, April 20th from 6:30pm for a language exchange party where you’ll have the opportunity to meet and mingle with new people. It’s an excellent chance to make new friends and create lasting connections.

18:30から23:00までは、国際交流パーティーとなります。

21:00ぐらいから3:00まで、フロアは通常のディスコクラブに変わりダンスパーティ形式となります。

ただし18:30から参加された参加者は、21:30以降3:00まで別途料金はかかりません。

【コミュニケーションゲームについて】
国際交流パーティで行われるコミュニケーションゲームは、開催イベントによっていくつか用意しています。

例えば、ビンゴ形式のゲームの場合は次の通りです。
受付で受け取ったビンゴカードに書かれているお題に「あてはまる」人を探して、見つけることができたら、その人の名前をマスに書きます。すると、沢山の人たちと交流することができます。この機会に、沢山のお友達を作りましょう！

また、たくさんの友達や知り合いと出会えるように、ビンゴ形式ではないゲームもお試しでやってみることもあります。是非、楽しくお付き合いくださればとおもいます。

※パーティに続けて参加いただいている方々には、感謝申し上げます。過去２回のパーティで、特賞を連続当選された方におかれましては、３回目のパーティでは特賞商品以外をゲットできるチャンスとなります。どうぞご理解くださるようお願いいたします。

【キャンセル料】

イベントへの参加登録をした後、イベントに来られなくなった場合は、キャンセルのメッセージを送る必要があります。イベントの終了時間（4月21日の午前3時）よりも前にキャンセルの連絡（E-mail）をした場合、キャンセル料は発生しません。参加登録後、メール連絡をせずに来られなかった場合は、200円のキャンセル料が発生します。受付担当者や賞品の数は、イベントの来場者数によって決まります。

《Date ＆ Time》

April 20th (Sat) The party is from 6:30pm to 11pm*, but you can stay till 3am* BYO Snacks/food if you like.

Reception Time/Entry Time: 6:30pm – 8:50pm
(Those that attend before 8:50pm are welcome to stay until about 3am, without having to pay another entry fee.)

The name of the people you talk to will be your bingo numbers. Bingo winners announced around 8:50pm to 9:00pm and the music gets turned up after that.

The Bingo game at the international party is a form of Bingo in which names of those who gave positive answers or said “Yes.” to questions are written in the squares. Therefore, it is essential to talk with a lot of people, making it easy to make friends.

*The organizer will finish work at 10:00pm but participate as a regular guest from then. Around 10pm the organizer finishes the paperwork for the event and there is a change over with the club owner. The entrance fee is different from about 9:30pm.

《Cancellation Fee》

If you register to join an event, then can’t come to the event, you must send a message to cancel. If you do that before the end of the event will be no cancellation fee. If you register then don’t come there will be a 200 yen cancellation fee. The number of workers and prizes are based on the number of people coming to events.

《Other》

International guests may need to show their ID card/passport for a discount. IDs may be checked to stop underage drinking.

*Basically no smoking or vaping is allowed during the event from 6:30pm to 9:30pm. If you need to smoke, please smoke outside during this time. From 9:30pm the club is open to regular customers as well.
